The S.R.I Cool coat is a proprietary product that can be applied on new or old building roofs, pressed clay tiles or concrete surfaces on flat or sloping surfaces.
Highly reflective and anti-fungal by nature, the coating is easy to clean and offers excellent value for money. It is easy to apply via brush or rollers and offers excellent water resistance and superior crack bridging. However, the product while able to withstand normal wear and tear, is not absolutely scratch proof.
AB Ceramic gives a warranty against peeling for an expected lifetime of about 5 years
While the heat reflection is better than normal clay tiles, it will however not be as advantageous as S.R.I cool roof tiles. The details are below.
